Qualifications:3-5 years of B2B sales experience withintrusion/CCTV/access control or other security productsGreat business sense and network in the industryDeep understanding of the industry standards, channels, and sectors.Technical competence with security productsStrong sales and technical presentation skillsAbility to travel per business needs (up to 70 - 80% of time)Responsibilities:Sell company products to current and potential key clients (Alarm Receiving centers and security companies)Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific sales targets and opportunitiesOperate as the lead point of contact for sales matters between the Company and the customersProactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basisPrepare and execute sales training presentationsAssist with high-severity issue escalations as neededManage account services through quality checks and other follow-up metricsDevelop a trusted advisor relationshipFollow up on sales leads and referralsDevelop and maintain product knowledgePrepare a variety of status reports, including sales call activities, follow-ups and adherence to goals and objectivesCommunicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staffCoordinate the involvement of company personnel, including Sales Managers, Technical Engineers, Accounting, Logistics, Product Management, etc., in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectationsParticipate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing eventsWe offer:Competitive compensation that includes a base salary and performance-based bonusesCar allowance, petrol and all business costs covered by the companyGrowth Opportunities: Joining our rapidly growing company offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional developmentImpactful work: Joining our company means playing a critical role in shaping the future of securityInnovative Environment: Ajax Systems is proud to be a leader in security solutionsLet's stand against evil together!
