The **Strategy Specialist** is responsible for actively supporting in the definition and implementation of the corporate strategy, by providing insight of the market analysis, gathering and interpreting data to support decision making, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to effective strategy implementation, promoting effective communication of strategic objectives across the organization, driving business growth and sustainability in a dynamic and competitive environment.**W**hat you'll do**:- **Conduct the market analyses in order to provide key information to the Strategy and Digital Solutions Team**, identifying trends and opportunities, assessing potential risks, establishing the long-term vision of the company, ensuring informed decision making, identification of opportunities and risks, and Global strategic alignment.- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Group and country level to ensure the collection and analysis** of data to support the definition of corporate strategy, integrating diverse perspectives and expertise, informing effective and comprehensive business strategy, thus ensuring informed and effective strategic decision making.- **Participate in the preparation of reports and presentations in order to provide strategic insights to the management,** providing support in strategic dialogues and in the preparation of in-depth analyses and strategic seminars, facilitating the effective communication of key strategic insights to management for a deeper and more reflective understanding of relevant issues.- **Contribute to the evaluation process of strategic investments, partnerships, innovations and assigned projects**, in order to compliance with the company's strategic objectives by supporting key decisions that drive the success and sustained growth of the company.- **Analyze and monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to ensure the availability of metrics,** assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of strategic initiatives, identifying deviations and generating alerts based on the variability detected and reporting for decision making.- **Conduct market research, in order to keep updated** of industry developments, technological advances, competition, regional/local regulations, policy changes and emerging market dynamics, providing insights, supporting strategic decision making, ensuring that the company is informed and prepared to adapt to changing environmental conditions.**What you'll bring**:- Advanced degree in business, finance or a related field- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft office suite- Familiarity with energy industry trends, regulation and competitive landscape both at local and international level- Knowledge of Strategy planning concepts and frameworks- Spanish and English working proficiency- 3 years' experience in corporate strategy.
