The Role is 100% in Englishand will work closely with our US offices; please provide the English version of your resume.Who?Are We?We help our clients better understand the business topics of the future.Atheneum is on a mission to build the world's most engaged community of experts to share their insights with our clients.We are in a phase of rapid growth and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to play a vital part in building the future of knowledge.What We Do?Leading firms across all industries, with a particular focus on Management Consulting and Life Sciences, trust Atheneum to connect them to the world's top professionals.By organizing expert interviews and surveys, we unlock unique knowledge and provide our clients with insights that impact their business decisions - for example, understanding how emerging technologies will evolve or which new treatments will revolutionize the healthcare sectors.The RoleAs a member of the Chile People Team, you will support our team in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier Talent as we continue to move into growth mode.The successful individual will be target-driven, and organized, with strong communication, administration, and candidate management skills.They will also be a positive influence on the team and across our Santiago office.The Role will also support our talent retention, learning, and employee engagement initiatives which are rolled out by our People team.Responsibilities Support the Talent recruitment for all Americas offices: Santiago, New York, and San Francisco.Source candidates on LinkedIn, attend career fairs and undertake activities to build a pipeline for our Associate hiring.Screening CVs to find high caliber candidates and conduct 1st round interviews.Working closely with hiring managers and collaborating with the hiring teams to organize interviews and candidate visits to the offices.Support with training initiatives for the hiring teams on interviewing, preparing training slides, and facilitating interactive sessions.Help with general HR, people and payroll administration as required.Proactively developing new initiatives to improve best practices and attract Talent to the business through new and innovative avenues.Work on People projects in Santiago, the US and globally to support the People strategy.Ad hoc tasks, including reporting on hiring trends and meeting and greeting office visitors.What We Offer 1.600.000 clp gross (Bruto) Salary.Hybrid working.Opportunity to "work from home" for up to 6 weeks of the year, as per internal guidelines.MetLife Health insurance.Caja Los Andes.Employee benefits and discounts at "Atheneum Club."10 administrative days per year as per internal regulations.Additional annual leave allowances per year of tenure (up to 5 years).Regular team breakfasts, monthly team lunches and monthly team gatherings.Here at Atheneum, diversity and inclusion are not just part of our culture but are ingrained in our DNA.We do not discriminate in any way when assessing applications.Profiles We Are Seeking Ability to handle and prioritize a varied workload, from managing live roles across departments to thinking of new initiatives.Delivery-focused with a strong ability to track recruitment data.Commercially minded with a business approach to recruitment.Ambitious and keen to take on responsibility quickly.Highly desirable: One year of HR, recruiting, or similar (sales or customer service) experience.
