Treasury Assistant

Our mission is to connect students to global business.We're currently looking for our next Treasury Assistant, who has the following mission: Assist Process Advisor & Finances manager in the administration of all payment documents related to Southbridge Access finances in order to secure the company's assets and to maximize its economic resources.Main tasks:1. Implement the respective instructions for the corecasted cash flow.2. Implement payment procedures and policies.3. Manage credit cards in coordination with other company's departments in order to enable co-workers to make authorized payments, ensuring continuity in operation.4. Assist payments to foreign providers and to local providers when needed, in order to maintain the company's good name financially.6. Support the expense reports management and "inter-company" movements.7. Assist administration of expenses without documentation (like tips), and stipends payments.8.
