Carrying out a vital mission: support our employees, so they can best support our customers.The WSA Projects Specialist develops and supports the implementation of Portfolio projects working closely with Product teams, sales, implementation, other stakeholders. Manages a portfolio of projects across the lifecycle of the investment and provides visibility about the status in each stage. Analyze the effects of the investments in the P&L of the products and coordinate with the product team and the customer requirements and opportunities to accelerate the growth in LnS services through mainly technological and non-technological innovation in the customer lifecycle process which enhances customer retention and stickiness.Key responsibilities:Interpret and analyze product team and customer requirements and translate them into a portfolio project.Being responsible for the budget of the project in the IP-Preparation phase, following up the CAPEX expenditure for the projects (Implementation phase) and looking for alternatives to execute the Budget as compromised. Provide visibility of the performance of the investments in the Area, and coordinate action plans with the area responsible to improve the results. Quantify the solution resource and implementation requirements e.g. FTE's costs, EDI development, facilities, capabilities, equipment/service.Keep the engagement of the project team to deliver proposals by involving and securing the buy-in of all stakeholders (product leaders,Sales,Finance,IT, etc.).Constantly identifies and mitigates risks to schedule, scope, and resources while balancing competing priorities across multiple projects.Being the SME in the development of projects coordinating with Area, Regional, and Center teams about the standards for construction, licenses and certifications.Provide assessment to the supporting areas (HSSE, Maintenance, Delivery, and others) in the development and presentation of their investment projects.
