About the Role As an Account Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving post-sales activities for our Small-to-Mid Sized Business (SMB) partners in the Grocery & Retail sector in Chile. Your primary focus will be on developing and enhancing scalable methods to support our merchant partners in driving business growth. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, commercial expertise, and problem-solving abilities to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both our partners and Grocery & Retail.
What you'll do Deep Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the active selection of Small-to-Mid Sized Businesses (SMBs) in Grocery & Retail.
Analytical Insights: Analyze partner performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, focusing on operational, visibility, and financial KPIs.
Tailored Strategies: Define and implement tailored strategies for different cohorts within the SMB segment based on their unique characteristics and needs.
Scalable Solutions: Develop scalable solutions to enhance our merchants' retention and performance within Grocery & Retail.
