**About the client**:**About the role**:**What you'll be doing**:- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring the client's services align with their needs.- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.- Develop and implement account strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor our client's services to meet their expectations.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication to meet client expectations.- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.- Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities with current clients.- Provide regular reports to clients on project progress and results.- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during client engagements.- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations.**Who are we looking for?**- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools.**Position**: Account Manager**Remote Status**: Fully Remote**Preferred Location**: Global**Working Hours**: 9 am to 6 pm EST**Holidays**: US Local Holidays**Salary**: USD 1800 to USD 2000 per month**Internal Job ID**: 0167
