New account development, account penetration, and maintaining and enhancing account relationships;Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts and execute profitable growth positioning the company for the long term;Develop and execute an annual sales plan;Work cross functionally with internal business partners to support customer business objectives and achieve revenue targets.Execute on the companies objectives and go-to-market strategies and tactics;Coordinate all customer implementation activities;Coordinate and communicate within Grainger at all levels; Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer) Fluent spoken and written English;Undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience;Minimum 5-7 years of experience selling a structured value proposition;High negotiation level and perseverance;Experience selling MRO products as a hunter and KAM;Experience selling in different channels;Ability to use Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Sales Force.
