Overview As an Accountant at our company you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records preparing financial reports analyzing data and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities Manage all accounting transactions Prepare budget forecasts Analyze financial information Assist with tax audits Ensure compliance with financial regulations Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Prepare financial statements Conduct monthend and yearend close processes Assist with payroll processing Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial procedures Provide support for external audits Develop and maintain spreadsheets for financial analysis Assist with cost reduction initiatives Monitor financial transactions Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or relevant field Relevant certification (e.g. CPA CMA) is a plus Proven work experience as an Accountant Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Strong analytical and numerical skills Detailoriented with high level of accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of financial data analysis Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Adaptability to new technologies and systems accounting,financial analysis,data analysis,microsoft excel,accounting software
