At **Netquest**, we are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** with intermediate** English **to join our team in Santiago, Chile.As an Administrative Assistant you will need to make sure that everything runs smoothly in our office, creating a pleasant workspace, and ensure an excellent experience to all Netquest people.**Your responsabilities integrate two areas**:**Office Manager**- Manage the front desk and incoming phone calls- Manage the travel arrangements and logistics for work-related trips- Negotiate with external providers to ensure the necessary office supplies- Order and stock control of our office supplies and beverage/food- Manage inbound and outbound shipment of documents and other packages- Ensure that our office, meeting rooms and all the other shared places are equipped with everything needed, creating a nice and safe working space- Review employee expenses and make reimbursements**Accounts** **Receivable**:- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data- Prepare bills, invoices- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients**What we offer**:- Complementary health insurance- Christmas and National Holidays bonuses- 3 administrative days per year- Birthday day off**Your profile should have**:- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills- Experience +1 years in a similar position- High orientation to accuracy and attention to details- Excellent English/Spanish communication skills- Desirable job skills with different tools and systems (e.g. ERP, JIRA, etc.)- Advanced in Excel- Strong customer services orientationIf you think you have the requirements, we invite you to apply!Be lucky!
