Working for Joint Replacement franchise both for Argentina and Chile- Identify unexpressed customer needs to drive innovation and improve products and programs.- Adhere to organizational protocols for competitive intelligence gathering to inform strategic decision-making.- Drive segmentation and targeting methods to enhance commercial efficiency and optimize marketing efforts.- Develop pricing approaches aligned with the marketing strategy and brand positioning for market competitiveness.- Accurately forecast and allocate resources to support marketing initiatives and maximize return on investment.- Establish metrics, goals, and milestones for measuring marketing strategy effectiveness and success criteria.- Demonstrate financial acumen in budget management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue growth.**What You Will Need**- Bachelor's Degree- Proficiency in Advanced English- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) Substantial experience in similar roles within Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical companies.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
