Who are we looking for?We are looking for 10 + Years of Experience as Business Analyst and Data Analyst with NAVINS experience.- 10+ years of BA experience, Seasoned B**Technical Skills**: A- 8+ years' experience with underwriting system- Strong in communication, able to work with Business and IT stakeholder.- Strong Team player who can work with IT as well.- Strong understanding of Insurance business processes.- Experience in agile methodology- Translating and simplifying requirements- Requirements management and communication**Roles and responsibilities**:- Should be able to follow industry best processes.- Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work.- A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.- Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums.- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.**Behavioral Skills**:- Should be aggressive in making decisions.- Should have very good communication.- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.**Qualification**:- Education qualification: Graduate B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.
