The primary responsibilities would be to drive business growth for benefits of the globally mobile workforce e.g. expats/inpats., key local nationals, and also to promote international medical solutions through implementing sales initiatives across WTW?s lines of businesses and supporting the H&B consultants in identifying potential clients? needs, as well as by providing consulting and sales support. The roles will be responsible for the HK expat. benefits target as well as his/her personal business target.More specifically, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients in your areas of expertise.Generate, maintain and manage a healthy new prospective client pipelineIdentify opportunities to promote international benefits solutionsto clients, both internal and externalSupport the BD team colleagues in technical advice, and to coordinate with client management teams to identify, develop and close strategic sales opportunitiesBuild relationships with internal and external parties to maximise the penetration of key target accountsEnsure appropriate governance and work quality processes are followed on workContribute to the development of new expat benefits tools and approachesThe RequirementsUniversity graduateA minimum of 5 years? experience in Employee Benefits within broker firm preferredExperience in the design of expats. and international health plans gained in a consulting or brokerage environment; prior experience in underwriting or in an actuarial function gained in a carrier environment preferredProven track record in corporate sales, ability to generate profitable revenue and meeting financial targetsTrack record of success in managing large client relationshipsProven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challengesInterest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in international and global mobility benefits strategy and contributing to the development of new tools and approachesCan work independentlyWillis Towers Watson is an equal opportunities employer and does not discriminate on any basis.
