In this position, you will belong to** Electrical Vehicle (EV) Sales team**, and focus on selling products, market research and opportunities in the Electrical Vehicle (EV) area.- If you are **well-organized** and are **motivated** in prospecting and developing long-term relationships with **B2B clients**, see yourself in a start-up environment (that has strong support from HQ) which requires **proactiveness**, then we are on the same way!**Why you should join us**:- You will have an opportunity to **contribute to the cutting-edge technologies that can change millions of lives**:- You will work with an exceptional and innovative product: EV Chargers is the newest business niche at Teltonika, company and global wide- You'll work with a highly trending and environmental-friendly product, offering essentially important solutions to protect our environment, such as decarbonization- This role is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative fast-growing company that works to enable Electric Vehicle Charging infrastructure across the globe- **Uncapped commissions**: You will have the possibility to earn uncapped commissions which depend on your results- **Constant learning**: You will grow as a sales professional and will learn sales and product-related topics in our B2B and IoT training program- **Professional development**: countless vertical and horizontal career opportunities- As **Business Development Manager**, you will be responsible for managing a full sales cycle in Chilean market.**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:- Contribute to market research, generate leads and build rewarding relationships with potential clients- Arrange presentation meetings with potential clients and present our solutions- Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals- Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients through daily contact and frequent visits- Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions- Work with an in-house built CRM System to log-in accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices.**WE BELIEVE THAT YOU**:- Have 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience in Chilean market- Have experience in delivering customer-focused solutions to customer needs- Able to work both independently and in a team setting within a fast-paced environment- Are result-oriented and challenge driven- Are highly self-motivated, with excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills- Have the ambition to generate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities in Chilean market with an innovative product from Lithuania- Are willing to travel.- Good English language skills (written and oral).**IDEALLY, YOU'LL ALSO HAVE**:- Previous work experience and knowledge in the EV/solar charging sector- Previous Experience in EV charging market or related industry (solar, inverter systems, heathpumps, HVAC systems), would be a plus.**OUR OFFER**:- Payroll: a competitive salary matching your skillset and experience in the market, local Contract; Workweek: Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM, weekends free;- Internal training for continuous improvement *Hybrid work possibility *Hybrid working model (2 home office, 3 on-site)- Private health insurance, dental care and life insurance- Sodexo card with a surcharge of 200,000 CLP (only days actually worked, days of leave, absences, vacation days not included).- Day off for Birthday- Gift Card as Birthday present (CLP 25.000)- Internal training for continuous improvement- Tools provided: Computer equipment plus accessories and mobile phone;- Career opportunities to increase your seniority level in the role or even a Team Lead in the long-term; Team building office celebrations events-to get to know each other better out of works topics too. *Caring and supportive team: we constantly seek our Employees to have better leadership while regularly sending our Managers to extern
