With us, you will shape a career that is truly forward-facing with many amazing opportunities and offerings to match.**But there is more work to be done - that is why we need you to join!****Descripción del empleo**:**Your Role**This role will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize business processes across the organization.He/She will assess existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and establishing quality assurance measures, and overseeing quality assurance management systems to drive organizational excellence.**Main Activities and Delivery**:- Identify, create, and participate in the implementation of business process improvements, enabling tools, and systems that deliver tangible value.- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of KPI's to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure.- Support and lead definition of prioritized business process improvement projects that will be addressed.- Provide strategic leadership around initiatives focused on the sustained improvement of business processes.- Support on quality issues definition, measure current process performance, analysing root cause defects and develop targeted process improvement opportunities.- Act as a change agent to instill Lean methodology culture and ensure principles are utilized consistently.- Analyze and develop business process diagrams and models to support process design and redesign initiatives.- Establish procedures and quality standards to monitor targets on processes.- Promotes and oversees management system, which will provide clear instructions and step-by-step guidance for processes.- Systematize and archive processes, procedures and lessons learned accordingly**Requisitos**:- Bachelor's degree: Engineering, business, or technical discipline from an accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred- At least 7 years business process improvement or process redesign experience.- BPI certification (Lean, Six Sigma)- Experience as consultant on BPI projects is preferred.- Fluent in English (mandatory)**Información adicional**:**Statkraft offers**:- Professional and personal development in a company experiencing strong growth- A positive working environment characterized by expertise, responsibility, and innovation- A diverse workplace with regard to gender, age and cultural background- Unlimited learning opportunities at various levels of the organisation including LinkedIn Learning and inspiring programs- Competitive terms of employment and benefit schemes- Hybrid working arrangementsMe interesaAviso de privacidad
