This role is focussed on internal communication and employee engagement in line with our overall Business strategy.**Responsibilities**:- Communications planning and support for initiatives that require a global or business-line specific roll out- Communications planning and support for initiatives that are specific to, or drive by, South America region.- Management of internal communications channels (intranet, newsletter) Ausenco brand champion with a specific focus on brand attributes and tone of voice.- Provide communication support for the rollout of global initiatives and events such as:- Annual P&P initiatives (InterAct, surveys etc).- Purpose Week, Health Week, Safety Week.- Diversity celebrations and acknowledgments.- Deliver all communication programs to a high quality and in line with Ausenco's brand attributes and tone of voice.- Work with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency of communication of internal/external messaging.About you:- Undergraduate degree (Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Public Relations).- 1-3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally with a multi-national corporation.- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, exemplary attention to detail.- Solutions focused, positive attitude, self-starter, and able to engage a variety of stakeholders.- Committed to building strong and collaborative relationships.- Cultural competence and a commitment to inclusive communications.- Very comfortable in digital environment, social media, publishing, and web-based communications.
