Our more tenured teammates, some of whom have been with Evalueserve since it started more than 20 years ago, have enjoyed leadership opportunities in different regions of the world across our seven business lines.What you will be doing at EvalueserveSupporting new and ongoing projects working with Advanced Analytics and Data Science.Consulting and collaborating with client stakeholders to define requirements.Providing recommendations to address business challenges using specific tools/technologies, such as ML models and AI platforms.Data Management using data mining tools, such as Python or R.Training and deploying Machine Learning Models.Performing Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and present insights and recommendations.Building and maintaining a knowledge base with relevant resources for internal reference.Leading projects to deliver high-quality solutions within time and cost requirements.Managing resources and developing skills for self and others as required by business needs.What we're looking for3+ years of experience with project management or team leadership.Experience working on projects related to Data Science or Advanced Analytics, with exposure to cloud-based applications such as Azure or GCP.Knowledge of Gen AI applications and prompt engineering.Experience with a programming language for data analysis, such as R or Python.Knowledge of major ML algorithms/models such as cluster analysis, text mining, correlation analysis, and regression.Ability to select models according to business problems.Experience or familiarity with Agile project methodologies.Ability to work independently and translate requirements into an analytical process.Experience with other programing languages would be a plus, such as SQL, SAS, VBA, etc.Want to learn more about our culture and what it's like to work with us?
