We are passionate about maintenance and proud of ensuring we achieve our customers´goals in the most professional way.Quant is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and continues as a leader in the provision of professional industrial maintenance services with a global presence, we are located all over the world within approximately 90 facilities and has about 2500 employees.To Quant in Chile we are now looking for a Corporate Buyer**About the job**The corporate buyer shuold generate value for the areas and/or projects of the company, through Technical and Commercial analysis of purchases, with a development of the process in time and form, based on a transversal approach to the different processes of the company.- Generate and analyze purchasing data reports extracted from ERP AX or similar, in order to generate strategy or work plan, focused on continuous improvement, cost reduction, cash flow, supplier payment.- Generate and communicate monthly management report, continuous improvement, cost reduction, cash flow, supplier payment.- Generate Purchase Orders in ERP in accordance with defined SLA, Purchase Standard, QUANT Policies and Procedures.- Generate Receipt Form in ERP in accordance with defined SLA, Standard Purchasing Policies and Procedures QUANT.- Accept and/or reject invoices in electronic invoicing system, in accordance with defined SLA, QUANT Standard and Procedures.- Lead and manage closing of the Purchasing Module on a monthly basis, aligned with the Electronic Biller and Finance department regarding invoice posting, in accordance with defined SLA, Standard and QUANT Procedures.- Supervise the correct administration of the Contracted Services and Supplies, ensuring faithful compliance with the agreed Terms and Conditions.- Manage and update monthly digital backup of the documentation required by the Purchasing Procedure.- Lead and maintain meetings with Supplier-Contractor and Internal Customer, to improve processes and achieve compliance with defined goals.- Be a leader in the management of suppliers - Contractors and Internal Customer, according to QUANT group guidelines (Quality; Safety; Environment; Certification and others).- Participate and generate monthly Spending and Savings Report.- Follow up on the compliance of the purchasing process. Participate in compliance with defined KPIs and establish action plans, where appropriate.- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and/or Contractor according to QUANT Policies (fines, payment policy, warranties, etc.).- Perform Technical and/or Commercial Evaluation, when applicable, for the purchase and/or Contracting of Services - Supplies and report possible award recommendation for final validation by Internal Customer.- Lead Quotation or Bidding Processes, as appropriate (Supplies and/or Services, etc.).**Qualifications**- Senior technician and/or engineer in foreign trade, international purchasing, logistics, industrial, commercial or areas related to Supply Chain.**Knowledge and Experience**- 3 years of experience in purchasing processes in national or international companies.- Knowledge in purchasing process and ERP system (purchasing module).- Knowledge of office level (administrative).- Knowledge of ISO 9001-14001-45001 standards.**Competences**- Customer orientation- Achievement orientation.- Negotiation.- Team work.- Decision making.- Oral Communication.- Persuasion Skills.- Conflict Management.- Intermediate English (preferred - not exclusive).**Working at Quant**To enjoy working at Quant, you should be a responsible person who sees opportunities to continually develop our processes and systems, and is passionate about maintenance.
