**Job Title**:LatAm Production Management Associate**Short Description**: Join our high-paced team supporting Latam trading desks of FX, Rates, commodities, and Equities. Troubleshoot production issues, automate tasks, and collaborate with global technologists.Be part of a dynamic team working with cutting-edge technology to support trading operations and drive efficiency in a global environment.**Responsibilities**:- Support trading desks in LatAm countries (Chile, Colombia, Peru)- Automate routines to optimize Front Office and Middle Office workflows- Investigate root causes of issues by engaging technologists globally- Collaborate with technology teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle and change management process**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:- Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields- Fluent in English- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Linux, and cloud environments**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**:- Experience in financial services or trading environments- Familiarity with monitoring tools and observability concepts- Strong problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global teamJ.P.
