Costing Associate (Cotizaciones Turísticas)

We are currently looking for our next Costing Associate for our Operations Department.The objective of the position is:Source and update every needed quote for SBA programs in direct contact with providers, in order to provide the best costs and fees in every operating country.Main responsabilities:Analyze quotes provided by Business Development in order to ensure a reliable and convenient budget.Provide quotes through negociation with providers, so that Business Development can deliver proper proposals.Contact providers through email, phone calls, and by any other necessary means, in order to obtain the requested information, and to enhance relationships with them.Recieve and study provider´s quotes, to ensure that the information is according to what was solicited, so that is comparable and enough for the proposals.Keep a constant update through intern communication channels about the status of requested quotes, in order to fulfill stablished time-frames for Business Development.Keep the providers data base organized by clusters, and updated for every coursing year, and for next years according to needs.Search for new providers, acording to SBA´s operations throughout the world.Benefits:Complementary health insurance, Caja de Compensación, free day on birthdays, discounts with providers, individual formation online course Budget, Betterfly account.Requirements:Advanced/Profesional english levelCarreras: Relacionadas a Turismo, Contabilidad, Administración y otras relacionadas.
