We're helping one of our clients, Tiny Mile, hire for Customer Support Associate."Why drive when you can send a robot?"Compensation: USD 5/hour.Location: Remote (anywhere).Skills: Proficient in order management and troubleshooting.Responsabilites and more:- Support the coordination of Tiny Mile's delivery fleet.- Confirm and assign incoming orders using Tiny Mile's in-house dispatch software.- Monitor ongoing orders to maintain delivery standards of practice and ensure the package arrives promptly.- Provide effective and reliable communication with eaters, merchants, and robot pilots.- Report and troubleshoot service errors and answer eater/merchant/courier inquiries.
