MC+A is seeking aDelivery Manager with development/implementation experience.
Our Delivery Managers work collaboratively withteam members and under the guidance of senior technical staff to rapidly build and deploy innovative solutions using the latest web technologies. Our Delivery Managers manage our project implementations by translating requirements into system specifications, managing the of a building of system solutions to meet business requirements, managing the execution unit testing and document the transition of the solution for training and customer support. Additionally, our delivery managers have a strong interest in solving client business problems, focusing on client satisfaction and service. They are seen as true partners in the development process.
Responsibilities: Managed the day to day activities of MC+A Consulting projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from project definition through implementation. Translate business requirements into a robust, scalable technical design.Implement complex business requirements through a variety of tools and technologies.Configureapplications based on client requirements. Work closely with client project managers to identify potential issues and risks.Coach and mentor customers and less experienced team members.Requirements: Two+ years of related professional experience.Bachelor or Master's Degree from a reputable university or equivalent experience.Must be detailed orientatedStrong interpersonal communication skills, which enable you to gain client trust.Problem-solving and analytical skills, in addition to strong verbal and written communication skills.The ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions.Direct customer facing and implementation delivery experience in a Consulting or Professional Services organization or related experience.Understanding of web technologies, web security, build systems, application servers, portal servers, middleware, eCommerce, enterprise application integration, databases, security, performance & scalability.Individual must be able to travel internationally (up to 40%)Bachelor or Master's Degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics from a reputable university.Experience using Google Apps, Microsoft office, Gantt Charts, Jira, Confluence, Project Tools (Smartsheet)how to apply
