We are expanding rapidly in the LATAM region and seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator with initiative and drive to join our marketing team. Our objective is to help expand our customer and market footprint by focusing on pan-regional brand awareness & lead generation campaigns, integrated marketing, and enhance the digital experience on our corporate website and digital marketing communications.The key criteria for success in this position is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with a cross-functional team (including external agencies) to bring strategy to life, manage competing priorities, have good communication skills with both internal & external stakeholders, and exceptional project management skills.**What your day will look like**:- Localize and execute global digital campaigns in Spanish & Portuguese in collaboration with the corporate teams- Be the automation marketing expert for LATAM and work closely with the corporate team in best practices and new implementation of tools and procedures- Collaborate with your regional peers in product, industry, content marketing, and sales operations teams to create and update content in the website, brochures, videos, infographics, among others- Optimize the layout and content of the website in Spanish & Portuguese, based on feedback from external agencies, and the internal corporate teams in charged of SEM, SEO, and web analytics- Provide input and generate various digital marketing status reports (website and web page activity, online traffic, etc.)- Update translated content in the Spanish and Portuguese website and coordinate with the translation agency to make sure we meet deadlines for updates and campaign launches- Work with corporate to document our regional processes and standards, in addition to the ones added by corporate, for reference and to keep updated the rest of the regional team**About you**:- You are looking to become a digital marketing expert and eager to work with the latest digital tools- You are technically inclined, naturally curious, and always looking to learn new things- Your default approach is to collaborate with others, and you're always ready to help your colleagues and learn from them- University degree in marketing, or equivalent education and practical experience- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools and Web Content Management System (CMS)- Good understanding of web page management, analytics, SEO and SEM- Work well with others in a fast-paced environment- Detail-oriented and can juggle several tasks at once- Deadline driven and communicative with status updates and project timelines- Comfortable working in a remote team environment- Excellent written and verbal skills in Spanish- Professional Working Proficiency in English- Excel at working with data and spreadsheets to provide reporting information and help inform business decisions**Great if you also have**:- Hands-on experience with any of these specific tools: Marketo, Bloomreach brXM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Uberflip- Ability to communicate in Portuguese**Let's talk perks!**:- Competitive compensation and benefits package- Training Tuition Reimbursement Program- True work-life balance and flexible working schedule- Ability to work hybrid going to the office in Santiago and work from home, supporting all the LATAM region**El equipo**:Genetec es una empresa de tecnología innovadora y líder del mercado con un amplio portafolio de soluciones que abarca seguridad, inteligencia y operaciones.
