You produce - on BSC validated digital Marketing systems - Digital Marketing programming including content and functionality for Websites, SalesCentral/sales platforms, search marketing, online advertising, eMail marketing, and social media and mobile marketing initiatives. You achieve success by ensuring that Boston Scientific's Digital Marketing content is up-to-date, accurate, and free from presentation errors. You consistently demonstrate the capacity to process large volumes of content efficiently.**What we are looking for in you**- Experience of at least 1 year.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills and proactivity.- Experience in launching communication campaigns, independent of the business.- High degree of initiative and creativity with the ability to meet deadlines and work with mínimal supervision.- Position based in Santiago de Chile.- Handling of technological tools, Illustrator, Photoshop, Video Editing, Canva, etc.- Ensure the brand standard of the company in different actions that are generated within the organization.- English (intermediate level) not exclusive.**Key Responsibilities**- Works collaboratively with Digital Marketing Manager, the Global Digital Marketing Products team, Boston Scientific's agency partners and other external service providers to identify the production requirements of Digital Marketing programs.- Creates digital content using our Adobe CQ5 content management system and other Digital Marketing systems. Uses BSC tools designed to provide divisions with low-cost, easy-to-implement eMarketing programs.- Creative and consulting support for the business, translating strategic information into high-impact communication pieces, which contribute to the effective communication of different projects in the region- Has ability and desire to accurately develop project schedules and hold all members and contributors accountable to meet deadlines as agreed upon.- Design and leverage customer-oriented marketing material to effectively communicate program and product information, aligning Boston Scientific's corporate brand in the market (for example, brochures, posters, advertisements, invitations, videos, etc).- Maintains/updates/deletes content from Websites, etc. to ensure conformance with BSC policies/external regulatory requirements.- Evaluate and propose new user experiences on current digital projects, based on the digital performance.- Partners, collaborates and supports with creative suppliers to meet deadlines, guarantee quality and align the corporate brand.- Uses sophisticated design software and applies knowledge of visual architecture to execute ideas and prepare files for both electronic and print use.- Aligns with the trends of the design industry and stay up to date on corporate BSC Digital Marketing systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce).**Quality System Requirements**In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.**For those individuals that supervise others, the following statements are applicable**:- Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.- Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.**Job Scope and Leveling Guidelines****Functional Knowledge**- Requires basic conceptual and technical knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within own job function.**Business Expertise**- Applies general business knowledge obtained through education or past experience with guidance from others**Leadership**- No supervisory responsibility; accountable for own contributions and meeting objectives with guidance more senior level roles/manager**Problem Solving**- Solves problems in repeatable situations; uses defined professional concepts and company policies and procedures; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments- Receives instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior level roles/manager**Impact*
