Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Provide technical product advice and post-sales support to internal and external customers. Work closely with Danfoss Power Electronics & Drives sales to demonstrate the value of the Variable Speed Drives product and its services related. Provide technical support as well as backup to customers on commissioning support (including creating and maintaining customer drawings and specifications), product queries and technical issues and processing of service/warranty claims. Conduct product training for internal/external sales, customers, wholesalers, sales partners and service partners. Carry out activities in accordance with Danfoss quality procedures. Carry out other duties as may be required from time to time. Plan and co-ordinate all resources required for timely completion of routine repair and maintenance activities. Provide frontline support for technicians.
