Freelance Creative Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:- Talent Acquisition_- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to identify and recruit top talent for the series.- Source and recruit actors, musicians, dancers, and other creative professionals to fill key roles in the series.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future projects.- Interviewing and Selection_- Coordinate and conduct auditions and callbacks as necessary.- Manage the selection process and make recommendations to the production team.- Negotiation and Contracts_- Negotiate talent contracts and agreements on behalf of the production team.- Ensure that all contractual obligations are met by both parties.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key talent and their representatives.- Project Management_- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that all talent requirements are met for the series.- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources related to talent acquisition.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.**Requirements**:- Soft Skills:_- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.- Technical Skills:_- Strong proficiency in talent acquisition tools and software.- Experience with creative and entertainment recruitment for TV, Film, or Music projects.- Familiarity with regulations and legal requirements in the relevant industry.- Mentality:_- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.- Passion for creative and entertainment recruitment and eagerness to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices.**Experience**:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative recruitment- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
