This is your opportunity!!SAP Chile is hiring a recent graduate to learn and gain experience on the overall function of a corporate Human Resources Department.Position title: Human Resources - Early Career TalentLocation: Santiago, ChileType of contract: TemporaryDuration: 6 months up to 12 monthsThe Early Talent will sit next to HR Team and learn day to day basic tasks such as:- Face to face interaction with employees, managers, internal and external stakeholder- Will be sitting next to HRBP Team and learning day to day basic tasks such as:- Support to HRBP team in processing daily requests: HRBP assignment, Organizational Maintenance, Data changes- Support HRBPs on different HR Projects, creating reports from different sources and data analysis- Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives- Be aware about local policies to deliver a good experience to the internal customers.- Be responsible of to organize activities for organizational environment- Support in activities and implementation of internal and extern surveys (GPTW)**What you bring****Education**:- Recent University graduate.
