It Project Manager - Remote Working

Time Appointments are delighted to be working on behalf of a challenging and exciting role for an experience IT Project Manager in Ipswich. Our client is looking for a flexible and committed individual, ideally PRINCE 2 qualified and experienced in managing complex IT projects for clients. This role requires remote working.Reporting to the Head of Technical Delivery you will be required to hold and coordinate project meetings for clients across the UK and have the technical knowledge to understand the IT systems/products for installation.**Key Duties**:- Manage projects from hardware upgrades to entire new build/installations using Autotask CRM/Prince2 Methodologies- Work with the relevant Project Co-ordinator to identify, source and schedule resources- Co-ordinate, attend or hold internal and external project meetings- Negotiate and communicate with suppliers and sub-contractors when required- Work with the finance and sales team to ensure that projects are priced, forecast and invoiced at relevant stages- Complete full risk analysis to manage any potential risks and avoid any delays- Produce the necessary risk assessments and method statements to ensure that that work on site is undertaken in line H&S procedures- Produce regular update reports for submission and presentation internally and externally for all projects**Skills & Experience**:- IT and/or Telecoms project management experience including leadership, planning, coordinating and monitoring of concurrent projects- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Work well individually and as part of a team- Create and administer project documentation to a methodology such as PRINCE2- Have excellent communication skills- Have a full driving license(V/11295)
