**Job Description**:The Customer Support Regional Senior Trainer & Tier 2 Specialist will work strategically and operationally across the LATAM Region with Internal & External Customers, Dealers and Partners reporting to the LATAM Regional Customer Support Specialist (Tier3), to support our Animal Health Intelligence Business escalation process.As part of the LATAM Regional Customer Support Team, the role will focus on delivering effective product training solutions for our internal & external customers, dealers and partners across the LATAM Region along with hardware and software support duties.Main responsibilities:- Create & deliver the Product Training Plan for the LATAM Region.- Take an active role in the LATAM Regional Customer Support Team.- Lead the delivery & evaluation of all Product Training activity, aligned with Regional and Global Support- Establish & manage the expectations of all stakeholders.- Develop & build strong internal relationships with global, regional & local MAH & MAHI to effectively deliver the Product Training plan.- Adapt to changing requirements, priorities and technological developments, being proactive and highly responsive.- Establish & deliver effective Product Training Processes, aligned with Global Support.- Directly support local teams and dealers on hardware and software issues from the field (Tier2) and ensuring customer satisfaction by swiftly resolving and troubleshooting support tickets.- Expected to travel up to 30% of time.**Profile**The person we look for to take this role should have:- Degree in Agricultural Science, Engineering, Veterinarian, or any of its equivalents- At least 3 years of experience in training and tech support- Fluent in Spanish, intermediate level of English- Capable of troubleshooting and maintaining Windows systems.- Troubleshooting and maintaining Linux Systems would be an asset- Familiarity with the dairy business would be an asset- Knowledge of electronics and interpretation of schematics would be an asset**Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully****Employee Status**:Regular**Relocation**:No relocation**VISA Sponsorship**:**Travel Requirements**:**Flexible Work Arrangements**:**Shift**:**Valid Driving License**:**Hazardous Material(s)**:**Number of Openings**:1**Requisition ID**:R195249
