Next to guaranteeing perfect service processes in the restaurant and at the bar you are responsible for the crew scheduling, orders and stocktaking as well as the operative management of the restaurant.**Your profile**:- A successfully completed apprenticeship as hotel or restaurant specialist in high class hotels or fine dining- Several years of professional and leadership experience in high class hotels or fine dining- Excellent knowledge of wine and meals- Organizational talent and flexibility- Team player and communication skills- Very good German and English language skills (on board and safety language: English)- A friendly and courteous character- A cordial guest host with commitment and love for the profession- Seaworthiness**Your perspectives**:- A demanding and responsible work place in a familiar and international team- Attractive contracts about 4 months- Fantastic destinations in Central America, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean most cruise ships do not call- Long-term cooperation- Costs for travel arrangements will be totally covered by the employer- Board and lodging are free of charge- Uniform will be provided and cleaned at no extra charge- Safety courses will be conducted on board and do not have to be made in advancePlease refer to this advertisement.
