Among your varied responsibilities, you will take ownership of:- ** Product Implementation**. Responsible for achieving user acceptance of our products on sites, from implementation kick-off to system acceptance. Lead user and site requirements discovery, user & champion engagement, solution specification and deployment, onboarding and training at operational and management levels, and acceptance of our advanced AI products to the client.- ** Customer Success**. Responsible for ongoing value delivery leading to client renewals, achieved through continued collaboration with the client and the IntelliSense.io product team. This includes monitoring, analysis, and proactive action planning to maximize our product value delivery and client satisfaction- ** Influence Product Roadmaps** -Elicit client feedback and work with the IntelliSense.io Product Teams to ensure that client feedback and requirements are integrated into our software development life cycle to keep our products best in class.**About you**:To thrive in this role, you will showcase:- ** Proven Track Record**:Experience in mineral processing / plant processes.- **Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in mineral processing / plant processes.- **Customer Relationship Skills**:Outstanding ability to manage client relationships effectively.- ** Training Skills**:Capability to plan and lead training sessions both on-site and remotely.- ** Communication Skills**:Able to communicate effectively in diverse environments.
