Procurement Lead**Category**:Procurement**Location**:Santiago, Región Metropolitana, CL-**The Position**- As Procurement Lead you will be responsible for leading and supervising all acquisition activities and purchases of goods and services necessary to guarantee the operation of the business. This position requires a combination of leadership and communication skills, negotiation experience, supplier relationship management and analytical skills.**Activities and Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement efficient acquisition strategies for the company.- Develop strategies to drive simplicity around the processes you lead.- Identify opportunities for synergy, savings and efficiency in acquisition processes.- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to guarantee the best terms and prices.- Monitor compliance with contractual agreements and manage relationships with suppliers.- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price and reliability criteria.**Required Qualifications**- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.- Fluent oral and written English level.- Minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing roles.- Strong knowledge of purchasing management systems: preferably SAP, COUPA, Oracle.- Analytical, problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decisions in a timely manner in the effective management of procurement projects.**About the Department**- At Novo Nordisk Chile our purpose is to promote changes to defeat diabetes and other serious chronic diseases such as obesity, rare blood, and endocrine diseases.
