Research Analyst

**ABOUT KALEXIUS**Kalexius is an alternative legal services provider offering research solutions to clients across the globe.Our work with corporate clients includes both legal research and the associated research in relation to policy which affects changes to the law.**THE ROLE**We are looking to recruit four new analysts for a team undertaking research into governmental policy and potential changes to policy across a number of regions. The four analysts will cover Latin America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR****Essential Criteria**- Those who have completed post-graduate studies at a top academic institution in the field of Politics, Economics, International Law or International Relations.- Individuals who are bi-lingual (written and spoken) in English and at least one of the following languages:- French;- Spanish;- Arabic;- Japanese;- Korean.- A quick learner with the ability to absorb new information and challenge ideas.- A strongly analytical individual comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative issues.- Those with a collaborative approach to engaging with the Kalexius team internally and externally with client teams.- A confident user of Microsoft tools including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.**Desirable Criteria**- Those with professional/research fluency in multiple languages of the region.- Individuals with an interest in population migration and immigration policy.
