Research And Development Manager

**Technical Knowledge - Specialization**:- Demonstrated Successful Project / Product Development from beginning to marketplace introduction (desirable participation in patents)- Projects Management methodology and experiencie within a similar product portfolio- Advanced English and Spanish, written and spoken.- **Work Experience**:- Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing companies (Ex. Appliances, Refrigeration, AC, etc.)- Proven experience in product and technology development- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project and Product Management and Leadership- Experience working with Asian suppliers, preferrable.Ability to commute/relocate:- Santiago de Chile, Región Metropolitana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- manufacturing companies: 7 years (preferred)**Language**:- Spanish (preferred)
