**POSITION MISSION**The Revenue Management, Reporting & BI Analyst is responsible for contributing in the implementation of all those strategies and opportunities that improve the work or effectiveness of the commercial team and the company in general, through master data stewardship of the commercial platforms like incentives management, insights from the various data sources (sell-in, sell-out, market, etc ), revenue management systems (SAP, Power bi, Vistex, etc ), and all the reporting that will further enable the commercial team to self-service such data, and supporting all interfaces between systems that require data conversion.The Revenue Management, Reporting & BI Analyst is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the data management and systems integration of all commercial systems. The main responsibility is liaison between global and market specific resources to enable them to complete what is expected from projects and operations perspectives.**KEY FUNCTIONS****_ SME_**- Continuous knowledge acquisition from global / regional / local projects to assess and suggest initiatives that can leverage what other teams/markets are doing as best practices of master data and systems integration**_Training_**- Make sure that market specific resources are proficient in the use of master data.**_Support_**- Support every step of projects and routine operations related to master data management and IT technical support contact and escalation.**_Operations_**- Incentives/Pricing/Rebates: support periodic data feed, validate source and destination systems data accuracy, maintain templates updated.- Business Intelligence - Internal Information: support corporate BI platform master data, support periodic sales and inventories information from main distributors. Validate source and destination systems data accuracy, maintain templates updated. Maintain and support Order Form master data, for all business units according with Distribution Channel Strategy.- Business Intelligence - External Information: support periodic market information feed, validate source and destination systems data accuracy, maintain templates updated, help to translate and support external data sources implementation into internal databases.- E-Commerce: support master data and systems integration data conversion.- Continuous Improvement: support master data change initiatives, aimed at searching for the best process, leveraging methodologies such as Innovation, Lean Six-Sigma, and creativity applied with the help of multidisciplinary teams.
