Overview:Prior experience in Risk, Credit, BI, CRM or Collections, analytics and programming skills are required.Academic background in areas of Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economy, Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics.**Responsibilities**:**POSITION OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES**With dual accountability to the SVP of Consumer Risk for GMF International Operations and the Managing Director of Chile this position is responsible for managing credit risk in Chile, fulfilling local and global regulation, ensuring a balance of risk and return according to the defined risk appetite, and supporting the strategic priorities of the Corporation working collaboratively with internal departments.- Represent the risk function through interaction with internal and external parties of all levels.- Develop and implement methods and methodologies to measure risks of exposure.- Design and implement risk management strategies- Develop, design, and implement quantification and measurement risk strategies- Structure and design control and monitoring risk methodologies- Promote the risk culture among the Branch- Develop and manage credit policies and procedures (Risk and Profitability Balance).- Perform segmentation analysis to identify opportunities and improve risk mitigation.- Perform risk assessment to support new products feasibility and development.- Data processing and maintenance to support reports and several analyses.- Work closely with all areas on credit risk matters;- Lead new credit and customers verifications solutions assessment together with vendors.Qualifications:**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, etc.)- Master degree in Risk, Finance, and Business Administration is a plus.- Desirable of 8 years of working experience and at least 5 years in risk roles.**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**- Strong oral, written and presentation skills (Spanish & English); ability to communicate to individuals and groups effortlessly, including consultative, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills.- Strong analytic and problem-solving skill set.- Ability to provide leadership/coaching to direct reports and others team.LI-BP1
