You will apply your strategy, planning, and implementation skills to devise operational solutions while inspiring innovation in the planning process.This role will own all sales planning & operations processes to support Apple sales in Chile, Peru and ROC South (Argentina, Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay) to drive efficiencies in sales processes.You will own key areas including sell-in and sell-out forecast, operations planning, customer data maintenance, report development for internal partners, and onboarding of new partners.
Key Qualifications
8+ years of experience managing and leading sales and operation processes Solid combination of operational and planning management experience Strong customer orientation with the ability to analyze situations and identify effective solutions. Excellent communicator, with ability of creating executive level summaries, but also dig into details with technical areas Objection handling – ability to resolve technical hurdles to adoption, with excellent time & project management skills Strong analytical skills including proficiency with Excel Fluency in Spanish and English is required Description We are looking for someone with extensive experience driving and implementing sales operations initiatives and with deep knowledge of sales planning, forecasting and operations support.You will drive key processes across several areas of the company including:- Lead regional planning and forecasting processes in order to ensure cross-functional alignment- Push sales team for forecast accuracy and delivery- Propose and define, with country manager and regional controller, sales teams' targets- Work closely with operations to guarantee optimal supply availability and allocation- Onboard new business partners as Apple direct/indirect accounts- Drive key internal and partner reporting process- Provide support to launches of new products in the region- Drive process innovation and efficiency
