Senior Analyst - Power Bi Developer

Our global network also extends to emerging markets such as Colombia, the Middle East, and the rest of Asia-Pacific.Recognized by Great Place to Work® in India, Chile, Romania, the US, and the UK in 2022, we offer a dynamic, growth-oriented, and open culture that prioritizes flexible work-life balance, diverse and inclusive teams, and equal opportunities for all.Curious to know what it's like to work at Evalueserve**Important responsibilities in this role will include**:- Collaborating with business partners for consultation and gathering requirements- Turning preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions- Developing Power BI reporting projects- Designing friendly and comprehensive dashboards.- Contributing to operational excellence by sharing knowledge, adhering to quality standards and best practices- Participating in Evalueserve initiatives related to mind+machine projects, innovation, training, and development.**Skills we're looking for**:- 3 to 5 of experience working with Power BI or other business intelligence tools- Demonstrable experience in Power BI, by creating interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations, with proficiency in data modeling, DAX expressions, and Power Query.- Strong SQL skills in querying and manipulating data from relational databases, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance.- Adept at data transformation, cleansing, and integration using Power Query, and experience within Power BI- Demonstrable DAX proficiency, such as creating custom measures, calculated columns, and advanced calculations within tabular data models.- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy- Familiarity with Visual Basic and Python is considered a good to have.- Ability to communicate to business partners of various seniority levels.- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines amid shifting priorities
