Our global network also extends to emerging markets such as Colombia, the Middle East and the rest of Asia-Pacific.Recognized by Great Place to Work in India, Chile, Romania, the US, and the UK, we offer a dynamic, growth-oriented, and open culture that prioritizes flexible work-life balance, diverse and inclusive teams, and equal opportunities for all.Watch this video to understand what it means to Elevate Your Impact at Evalueserve!**Important responsibilities in this role will include**:- Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate revenue, expense, and capital expenditure forecasts.- Assist in the annual budgeting process by analyzing historical data, market trends, and business drivers.- Monitor and report budget-to-actual variances, investigating and explaining significant discrepancies.- Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, business proposals, and investment decisions.- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.- Provide ad hoc analysis to support management's decision-making process.- Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and executive teams.- Develop and maintain standardized financial reporting templates to enhance visibility and transparency.- Continuously improve reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.- Build and maintain complex financial models to simulate different scenarios and assess potential outcomes.- Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of various assumptions on financial projections.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives.- Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.**Skills we're looking for**:- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.- 3-7 years of financial/ investment banking/private equity/buy side research experience with global clients.- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative techniques.- Knowledgeable in financial planning software and tools, such as SAP/SAC is a plus.- Advanced Excel skills and Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.- Effective communication and presentation abilities.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.- Proficiency in databases - CapIQ, Thomson Eikon, Bloomberg, FactSet.
