Acquiring the right talent is essential as we continue this journey and as a result, we are looking for a Senior Talent Advisor for our team.Key Responsibilities- Connect and understand our business challenges and priorities to define strategies to attract the best talent while building strong relationship and collaboration with the HRBP and hiring managers.- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to confirm the desired profile and develop a sourcing strategy for open position.- Perform direct recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions.- Utilize multiple Internet resume databases.- Collaborate with key internal hiring managers and stakeholders in regular strategy sessions.- Provide business unit recruiting updates through regular cadence meetings.- Conduct cold calls and name generation.- Manage relationships with third-party agencies.- Aggregate evaluation feedback through data integration meetings for the final hiring decision.- Identify and implement best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time and cost.- Participate in or manage Talent Acquisition projects that promote strategic initiatives as assigned.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.- Full working experience in Talent Acquisition at least 5 years recruiting professional levels to Sr Managers roles. Preferred experience in Technology companies providing service across LATAM.- Proficiency in Spanish and English both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications:- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus specifically in WorkDay.- Experience in Talent Processes such as On-boarding, Employer Branding, Internship programs, etc.- The ability to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment, produce results and follow-through on commitments.- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other related software.- Proficiency in Portuguese will be a plus.Applications are open until June 11.LI-PA01LI-Hybrid
