Currently for their finance team supporting the O&M department we are looking for a Service Controller for the region. In this role you will be the Business Partner of the Service Management of the Region – Support the management in any decision by providing finance view on it from a high-experince level point of view
Monitoring performance of the business, consolidated reporting, monthly preparation for its follow-up providing a clear and experienced view of the main drivers explaining the changesMonthly review and analysis of the P&L providing proper analysis and support for a proper understandingForecast preparation giving insights and guidance to the management for a proper understanding as a senior partnershipPrepare and execute monthly closing reviews, identify deviations, analysis of key drivers and present them in focus management view with claritySetup and drive Budget process in alignment with HQ process + timelineSet up and harmonize processes along the region affecting operative and finance controllingConsolidation of the value drivers of the countries for overall service reportingPreparation of key figures and development of recommendations for action as well as advice for managementDrive collaboration and alignment within service operations and finance, ensure that activities with financial impacts are seen by finance prior to decision.Monitor, implement and improve controlling systemsProvide ad-hoc reports and analysisRisk control from a critical perspective giving intensive challengeInterdisciplinary cooperation with other departments and international colleagues, being able to find solutions to critical problems affecting proper reporting process and informationOur client offset: Salary between 2000000-3000000 CLP net per month, bonus of up to 10%, lunch vouchers, private health insurance, trainings, permanent contract
