Working alongside the ServiceNow Principal Architect and Development Teams, you will contribute to the overall ServiceNow solution. As we embark on our Continual Improvement Program and maturation, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with solid skills and experience particularly in the area of HR Service Delivery and the associated SNOW modules and capabilities.**Responsibilities**- Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains ServiceNow- Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented- Handles Incidents per published SLAs, ensures system stability by actioning required maintenance scheduled tasks, and addresses system issues impacting SLAs- Implements ServiceNow workflows that integrate with external web services- Designs and develops a workflow framework that can be applied to many workflows, and continuing to seek new opportunities to improve our current manual processes- Provides standard methodologies for guiding adoption and influencing the customer to make investments in the solution- Helps define the services that ServiceNow delivers and gets alignment with customers on service definitions, SLAs and critical metrics- Strong ServiceNow administration skills and experience**Qualifications**- 4+ years of overall ITSM experience- 3+ years' experience developing on the ServiceNow platform- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certification- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification- Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX- Experience of one popular web framework - React, AngularJS- Strong experience working with HR modules in ServiceNow- Ability to develop web services such as Scripted REST APIs and Rest Messages- Experience integrating to multiple data sources (SOAP, REST, Webhooks, and JSON as well as JDBC and file imports)- Experience with standard methodologies of software development - logging, unit testing (ATF), code reviews, etc- Experience with upgrades and skipped update remediation- Experience utilizing the Agile/Scrum methodology to define and deliver development work- Excellent communication skills**Preferred Qualifications**- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)- Certified Implementation Specialist certification in one of the OOTB ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, etc.)- ServiceNow Service Portal micro-certifications- ITIL V3 Foundation or above**Why work for Launchpad?**- 100% remote- People first culture- Excellent compensation in US Dollars- Hardware setup for working from home- Work with global teams and prominent brands based in North America, Europe, and Asia- Training allowances- Personal time off (PTO) for vacations, study leave, personal time, etc.- ...and more!At Launchpad, we genuinely care about our people as individuals.
