Educational Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Hands-on and extensive experience (12+ years) in Oracle Billing & Revenue Management (BRM) implementations, ideally within the fintech or financial services industry. Proven track record of successful project delivery from the planning phase through implementation and support. Experience in customizing Oracle BRM functionalities and integrating with other systems. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Oracle BRM, PDC, Pipeline Rating capabilities and limitations. Proficiency in C or C++ programming, used for customizing BRM. Familiarity with billing operations, pricing configurations, discounting, and billing cycle processes. Experience with Oracle databases and SQL. Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments. Understanding of APIs for system integration. Project Management Skills: Ability to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders effectively. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with local teams and stakeholders in Brazil.
