His/her main functions are:- Provide input to the management of a project, project area or specific contract/s to ensure it is being delivered safely, and to the approved quality, time and cost targets.- Uses best practice in the development of construction related project deliverables, including facilitation of technical queries, field change requests, and deviations, management of change, non-conformance and corrective action close-out.- Monitors detailed delivery of the Project area scope of work to ensure that deviations from the execution plan are raised, communicated and rectified.- Interfaces between the owner stakeholders, Non-Delivery project areas and contractors to optimise productivity, cost and assurance on risk management and compiles regular reviews of contractor performance.- Coordinates stakeholder involvement in the development and delivery of a project, project area or specific contract/s.- Integrates and co-ordinates other functional inputs required for the development and delivery of a project, project area or specific contract/s.
