Through our people, leadership development, services, technology and scale, Wabtec delivers better outcomes for global customers by speaking the language of industry.Work Location: Onsite at customer location in Orlando, FLJob Summary:Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:- Work closely onsite with BRIGHTLINE Engineering, Operations, IT and Mechanical teams to identify, quantify, track and report all PTC related performance metrics- Interface with the PTC Support Desk, giving direction on priority for troubleshooting and analysis of observations, ensuring proper capture and posting of data and logs, and timely updating of trouble tickets- Coordinate and facilitate analysis and issue resolution with internal cross-functional product support and field service teams- Facilitate and/or participate in customer and client weekly and monthly Control Review Board and status update meeting.- Maintain, communicate, and update the status of action items for all maintenance activity or troubleshooting efforts and ensure action items are closed out appropriately- Prepare performance reports and report project status to stake holders and upper management, as necessary- Ensure proper and timely customer invoicing, payment and monitor projected vs. actual maintenance costs.- Report on the financial status of the execution of the maintenance contract on a quarterly basis, per specified financial reporting templates- Inform, promote and implement value-added, enhanced maintenance service offerings to BRIGHTLINE.Qualifications:- Five to seven years' experience in technical project management and support or related field support required- Working knowledge of fundamental railroad maintenance and operations.
