This means interacting with customers and other stakeholders as necessary Lead strategic initiatives designed to improve the way we perform the servicing of our wind farms Support / interface with Aftermarket SalesSupport in the undertaking of special activities, in person and/or remotelyProject management of small to medium projects related to fleet improvements and integrity including, but not limited to Modifications & Upgrades on existing and out of contract projectsSubject Matter Expert on Case Management in Service including monitoring and management of cases in the applicable systems such as Salesforce and Advice-to-Site Support training of applicable project roles in the Case Management Process and utilization of respective systems while working with Fleet Support and Technical Cases Supporting the management of our wind service contractsContribute to a continuous focus on improving the project Health, safety, environment and quality management of turbines and personnel.
