They must plan, organize, direct, and control the organization's resources to achieve the best organizational results. You will have financial, operational, administrative, and commercial responsibilities. Must provide management reports to SVP LATAM.**What you will be doing**- Act in alignment with the mission, vision, values, and corporate policies.- Act consistently with the internal work regulations, airport regulations, and security procedures. Additionally, ensure that the team under their supervision complies with the rules and guidelines contained in these regulations.- Implement Menzies Agunsa Aviation Policies and Procedures as established in Group policies.- Ensure that Local Operating Procedures Manual (LOPM) and Safety and Quality Manual (SQM) procedures are implemented.- Ensure the provision of services to airline customers according to airline contracts and within the agreed budget.- Ensure that safety and security procedures comply with the standards established in the Menzies Agunsa Health and Safety Policy Manual and in accordance with local regulations.- Supervise performance and take corrective action as necessary.- Lead the execution of policies, plans, programs, processes, activities, and other actions related to administrative, financial, budgetary, and operational matters of the organization.Would you like to see more detail on the accountabilities of the role?
