We are hiring a B2B sales representative focused on selling to high-net-worth attorneys. This is a remote/virtual sales role.
Who we are: Abogados Now is a Spanish digital marketing agency for attorneys ( being bilingual is not required as all B2B sales are conducted in English ). In 2022 we doubled our growth. We are pacing to triple this year. We have huge growth goals for 2024!
Who we are looking for: B2B sales pro with at least 2 years of experience in selling to attorneys AND/OR digital marketing sales (Required)
What you'll do: Get trained on how to pitch our services to attorneys (you'll inherit a couple hundred leads from my pipeline)-Watch my recorded Zoom sales calls and copy my pitch-Pitching on your own to attorneys, entirely on Zoom
What we'll provide: Training-An established B2B marketing team obsessed with generating tons of inbound leads (70% of your time will be on inbound leads)
How we'll work together: Mostly Slack and Zoom-Your first-month goal: Pass the PITCH TEST with me, set at least 5 attended appointments, and produce one sale-I'll provide you with a portion of my warmed-up and pitched pipeline-You'll let me know what you need to succeed
Money: Base + Commission-Commissions are from initial sales, recurring revenue, and bonuses-No commission caps
What you're good at: - B2B sales (preferably virtual sales)
-Superior presentation, speech, and writing skills, who values simplicity and brevity over sales-y BS
-Being a personable consultant focused on relationships (and not a shady sales person looking for a short-term dollar)
-Squeezing the life out of your pipeline
-Being held accountable
-Numbers
-Being comfortable in emailing, texting, calling, sending donuts via Uber Eats, smoke-signaling, etc. to get closer to a signed deal
-Knowing how to leverage our B2B team to make a sales team more successful (we don't want to work with someone who just asks for more leads; we want someone who has an entrepreneur mindset who wants to get more deals from their existing pipeline through tech and creativity)
