Lilac is committed to diversity and inclusion.**Responsibilities**- Verify/establish vendor accounts and support the procurement process- Work directly with vendors to ensure new vendors are properly set up in the local procurement system to help facilitate the timely creation of purchase orders as well as timely and accurate payments to vendors- Establish and maintain vendor relationships and resolve questions in a timely manner, as they arise- Receive and review vendor invoices and follow-up with respective vendor and/or Lilac personnel, as necessary- Ensure vendor's current status, as necessary, including proof of payment and vendor withholding certificates- Work directly with Lilac engineers, local management, and 3rd party bookkeepers to ensure proper assignment of project codes and general ledger coding- Work directly with local 3rd party bookkeepers to ensure timely vendor payment processing- Reconcile petty cash and manage local credit card spending- As necessary, provide assistance with employee expense reporting- Assist with monthly variance expense analysis- Other administrative tasks, as assigned- 1-3 years of accounts payable and/or General Ledger accounting- Basic knowledge of withholdings- Experience in month-end processes- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and organizational skills- Flexibility and willingness to pitch in with assorted tasks as they arise- Proficient with MS Office including Excel and Word- Bilingual: Spanish/English**Preferred Skills**- Accounts payable or equivalent experience**Compensation & Benefits**- Competitive Salary- Stock Options**EEO Statement**Lilac Solutions is committed to providing a professional work environment free from discrimination and harassment, including discrimination and harassment based on a protected category, and an environment free from retaliation for participating in any protected activity.
