We demand a responsible and safe mindset that takes care of our customers, products and fellow employees.The purpose of this position is to support the Accounts Payable function by processing vendor invoices and organizing payments, managing and auditing vendor records, and delivering accurate financial information to internal stakeholders; by interacting with vendors to resolve discrepancies; by assisting in overall TOMRA FOOD Finance department goals and initiatives.**Primary Job Functions**- ** Accounts Payable Processing**:- Compile and maintain accounts payable documents and records.- Process invoices for overhead expenses.- Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approvals prior to payment.- Process supplier payment proposals in compliance with supplier's terms.- Respond to supplier inquiries promptly.- Reconcile supplier statements and correct discrepancies.- Process employee expense reports and obtain required approvals.- ** Financial Reporting and Analysis**:- Assist in monthly closing routines.- Prepare assigned reports or provide documentation as directed.- Meet reporting deadlines and provide relevant and insightful information supporting performance analysis.- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.- ** Business Management**:- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service.- Manage expectations and deliver to the requirements of stakeholders.- Actively participate in finance-related projects to improve processes and enhance finance information.**Qualifications**- 2 years of Business studies with focus in Accounting, or equal relevant experience.- Ability to work in an open office environment.- Basic conversation-level English. Skill equivalent to CEFR level A2 or above is a plus.- Minimum 3 years.
